How the desk works
CLOCK IN
Open the terminal. Your desk account is live, $10,000 on the balance line.
WORK THE DESK
Trade SOL/USD — or any of nine other USD pairs — against the live Kraken order book and trade tape, with the Pyth oracle beside it. The book, the tape and the chart are Kraken's public market data; the oracle line is Pyth. Fills execute at the displayed price.
CASH OUT
Close the position. The result goes on the desk log, and your equity moves toward the target — or away from it.
Prices come from public market data: the Kraken order book and trade tape refresh every 5 seconds; the Kraken ticker, candles and the Pyth price feed every 20 seconds. The desk log and your account live in your browser — clear your site data and the desk starts fresh.
